Late arrivals - We will do our best to complete as much of your booked appointment in the remaining time frame. We cannot guarantee your originalservice will be completed in full as we will not risk running into our next clients time. If you're more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment may be cancelled and the deposit will unfortunately be forfeited.

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice can be rescheduled with ease. Last minute cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will automatically forfeit the appointment deposit. This includes no shows. We understand that last minute changes/emergencies happen and hope our clients also appreciate the impact that last minute cancellations have on small business.
